For betraying Jesus Christ, Judas Iscariot has been condemned to wander the Earth endlessly, forever forbidden from touching another human. To regain his physical form, he must claim the lives of 666 souls. To accomplish this, he uses a 'vessel.' Whenever the vessel bleeds, Judas emerges and wields his power of Death through it, claiming a soul in the process.
Judas is characterized as an arrogant, perverted bully. He delights in tormenting his current vessel, Eve, and finds pleasure in nothing more than flipping through adult magazines with a glass of scotch by his side.
Ordinary people cannot see Judas unless they are on the brink of death or have witnessed him appearing from Eve. Only then can they perceive him floating around Eve and interact with him.
As the betrayer of Christ and a harbinger of Death, he is despised even by his fellow Apostles. Yet, beneath his malevolent exterior lies a man with 'Serpent Eyes' who was ultimately just a human overwhelmed by his emotions.
In the end, Judas plays a crucial role in the destiny of humankind. But will he find his own redemption?
