Jegan is a member of the Dragon Race in the Demon World and the younger brother of the Empire's Western General, Jade. He is embroiled in a bitter feud with his former friend, Let, due to Jegan's destruction of their home village and the massacre of their kind, especially Julia, who was Let's girlfriend. Jegan is part of Oracion Six and represents nature.

However, in reality, Jegan faked Julia's death. She became a full dragon and now serves as his mindless companion and steed after she intentionally failed her dragon trial to spite him.
