Lispky appears in episode 56. He lives in Czechoslovakia and works as a puppeteer, although no one watches his performances. To make a living, he also cleans dishes at a restaurant in the evenings.

When Anna collapses at the Mansion of Red Roses, Lispky finds her and takes both her and Dieter to his home. He cares for Anna for three months, and after making a puppet that resembles her, she and Dieter leave to continue their journey.

Lispky is the son of Franz Bonaparta. He was a student at the Mansion of Red Roses, where his father gave reading sessions to the children. However, Lispky was considered useless during his time there.
