J, also known as "Heat Guy J," is a Special Services Android with the appearance of a 40-year-old man. Voiced by Takayuki Sugo in Japanese and Bob Papenbrook in English, J possesses immense power. He was created through a collaboration between a government facility and a civilian enterprise. Although androids are illegal in Judoh, a special exception allows J to operate, much to the dismay of cautious city officials.

Despite his large size, J can run at incredible speeds and deliver powerful blows. However, after extended periods of action, he needs to cool down by releasing a significant amount of superheated air from pipes on his shoulders.

J is maintained by Antonia Bellucci, a technician from the Civilian Enterprises Sect. It is rumored that J's design is based on Antonia's father, which might explain why J sometimes exhibits human-like qualities, such as a noble character and strong beliefs about how a person should behave.
