A freelance photographer kidnapped by the evil organization Shocker and altered into a cyborg. He was originally meant as a countermeasure against the first Kamen Rider, Takeshi Hongo. However, Ichimonji was rescued by Hongo before brainwashing could take place.
The two riders have since joined forces to combat Shocker and aid future riders.
