howard

A former member of the Alliance's mobile suit development team, Howard is an aging engineer who runs an oceangoing salvage ship. He always wears Hawaiian shirts and retro-styled sunglasses. Howard is part of the Sweeper Group, and his ship functions as a mobile base for Duo and the Gundam Deathscythe. Initially one of the scientists who developed mobile suits for Romefeller, Howard contributed to completing the Tallgeese and the spaceship Peacemillion. Later, he designed and implemented upgrades to Gundam Heavyarms and Gundam Sandrock.
