Horst Grossman is a doctor residing in Pforzheim, Germany. He is regarded as a model citizen and is renowned for his exceptional herbal blend tea.

However, beneath the facade of this kind doctor lies one of Johan's loyal followers. Known to the Baden-Württemberg state police as "The Dissector," he successfully murdered twenty-eight people, including two from a series of middle-aged couple killings across Germany, without leaving any trace of evidence. Johan eliminates him shortly before heading to Ruhenheim.
