She is also known as The Crimson Blade. Himari is a cat demon who played with Yuuto during his childhood when he stayed at his grandparents' house. She can transform from human to cat, and even into a hybrid form with a human body but with cat ears and tail. One of Himari's ancestors was spared by an Amakawa demon slayer, and as a result, her lineage has served the Amakawa family ever since. Himari has harbored feelings for Yuuto since they were children, and she often flirts with him. She felt heartbroken when Yuuto's parents took him away without a proper goodbye. Himari has a fear of deep water where her feet cannot touch the bottom, although she is comfortable with baths and shallow rivers. Himari brought Yuuto back to his late grandparents' house so he could recover some of his lost childhood memories. By shifting into her cat form, she was able to help Yuuto regain some of his memories. When Yuuto was critically injured by the air demon Shama, Himari flew into a berserk rage and was only calmed by Yuuto when he finally activated his demon slayer ability of light. In Chapter 19, she confronted Kuesu and had to retreat after losing her sword.
