A very old soldier, the first to discover the twins, he is the second of the four individuals behind the organization. He named Johan, inspired by the boy in the picture book titled "The Monster without a Name". Unlike the other three, General Wolf did not wish to turn Johan into a new Fuhrer. Tragically, Johan murdered Wolf's family and acquaintances, exposing him to true loneliness through Johan's perspective. Wolf eventually dies of natural causes, but before passing, he asks Dr. Tenma to shout his name as proof that he existed. He is first mentioned in Chapter 27 and makes his first appearance in Chapter 29.
