Yui's best friend, she is known for her polite, calm, and caring nature. Her intelligence and natural talent with computers make her an ideal candidate for the role of Corrector, as anticipated by Dr. Inukai. Initially intended to be a Corrector, she was mistakenly identified as Yui by I.R., due to Grosser's interference.

While Dr. Inukai was transferring Corrector abilities to her, she fell under Grosser's manipulation and was transformed into Dark Angel Haruna. However, she was eventually rescued by Yui. In the second season, she reprises her role as a Corrector to aid Yui, first when Yui was petrified by infected insects, and later, she continues to support Yui until the end of the season. Interestingly, she can utilize Element Suits more effectively than Yui.
