Known as the "Bayern Vampire," Schuwald is a recluse who has achieved significant success as a businessman. His prosperity enables him to donate his extensive book collection to the University of Munich. He employs several students from the university to read Latin texts to him. However, Schuwald's past includes fathering a son with a prostitute named Margot Langer. Interestingly, Margot Langer had a friend in Prague who gave birth to twins. During his book dedication ceremony, Johan orchestrated a scheme to create terror and chaos, leading authorities to believe that Schuwald was the primary target and Dr. Tenma the perpetrator. Schuwald makes his first appearance in Chapter 27.
