guilmon

Guilmon is a curious and naive digimon, the youngest of the partner Digimon. He was born from Takato's imagination and brought to life by the Blue Card. Initially, Guilmon did not understand the differences between humans and Digimon, referring to his partner Takato as "Takatomon". Guilmon is usually playful and friendly, becoming quite popular among Takato's classmates for being a real live Digimon. Despite his childlike nature, Guilmon occasionally demonstrates profound insight. For instance, when Takato feared that if Guilmon digivolved, Guilmon would no longer be the same, Guilmon noted that Takato had also changed over time but remained the same person. Guilmon shared one of the deepest bonds with his tamer in the entire series. The two spent much time together, overcoming numerous challenges. Guilmon is very loyal and protective of Takato and would do anything for him. When Guilmon dark-digivolved into Megidramon, it was their deep bond that enabled Takato to reach him, bringing Guilmon back to normal.
