Main character and friend of 23. His best friend is Mika. His original plan is to ignore high school and just become a poet, but this changes when he meets 23 in an abandoned building. He teaches 23 how to read and speak while reading poems to him. Fumiki grows very close to 23, becoming depressed when the dog runs away.
Fumiki slowly learns of 23's origin and purpose and helps him throughout the story.
After he comes in contact with 23's blood, a few of the inugami powers are transferred over to him.
He becomes the chosen Adam to rival Kiryu and remains by the Tree of Life to save his friends.
