Known as "Lady Fina" among the other Dears, she holds the official title of "Watcher" and appears to be the leader of the DearS colony, with even Rubi showing deference to her. Fina does not awaken until volume 5 of the manga, where she expresses support for Takeya taking Ren in as his slave and promptly orders Rubi to cease attempts at recapturing Ren. Fina seems to be the oldest of the DearS seen thus far and possesses extensive knowledge about the DearS and their societal structure. Despite her wisdom, Fina can be quite absent-minded, often dozing off at inconvenient moments, suggesting she may be narcoleptic.
