zeman filip

Inspector Zeman was Detective Suk's superior, a high-ranking officer within the Prague Police Department. However, unbeknownst to many, he was also a former member of the Czechoslovakian Secret Police (StB), which had ties to organized crime. After interrogating Wolfgang Grimmer about the murder of Reinhardt Biermann, a former head of Kinderheim 511 whom Grimmer had recently been associated with, Zeman let him go but suspected Grimmer knew the location of a safety deposit box key containing an audiotape of a young Johan Liebert from Kinderheim 511. This tape was valuable on the black market. Zeman then ordered two of his associates to detain Grimmer and transport him to an abandoned factory. There, Zeman revealed himself as their co-conspirator and tortured Grimmer for information on the tape. Despite severe torture, including deep nail clippings, Grimmer refused to divulge any details and fell into a semi-conscious state. At this point, a mysterious blonde woman, who had previously confronted Biermann (later identified as Johan Liebert in disguise), arrived. She shot one of Zeman's partners and seemingly triggered Grimmer's "Magnificent Steiner" persona, leading him to brutally kill both Zeman and his other partner. Detective Suk was horrified by the crime scene and the revelation of his mentor's corruption. Despite Zeman's outward kindness, Suk eventually accepted that Zeman was morally bankrupt and deeply corrupt. (Source: Monster Wiki) (Trivia: According to his police ID found at the murder scene, Filip Zeman was actually a member of the city police, making him more akin to a glorified security guard.)
