Fein is an arrogant mamodo who boasts about becoming the next king. Not much is known about him, but his elements are wind and speed, and he exhibits a sadistic nature.
Gash defeats Fein when he uses his third spell, Jikerdor, for the first time. This spell magnetizes Fein to a nearby billboard (a water tower in the anime), immobilizing him while Gash burns his book. At the end of the battle, Fein is seen in a picture along with other mamodos, all photographed by Gash and given to Kiyomaro.
