Eliot is one of the five members of the Capoeira Team during the D of D tournament.
Eliot, along with Aisha, Silvio, another member, and their leader face off against Shinpaku Alliance members Nanjou Kisara, Niijima Haruo, Ukita Kouzou, and later Kugenin Hibiki. Eliot and Silvio quickly initiate an attack on Siegfried, but Silvio falls victim to Niijima's psychological tactics and is knocked out of the ring by Ukita.
Eliot and the unnamed member continue their assault on Siegfried, yet they fail to inflict significant damage. The Capoeira leader orders them to retreat, but Sieg incapacitates the unnamed member, leaving Eliot locked in a stalemate with him. Eliot then tries to choke the Shinpaku member, but he is stunned by the latter's piercing vocal cries.
