Also known as Old Cho, he is a senile elderly man residing in the housing complex. Choujirou possesses psychic abilities which he employs to kill other residents. His primary motive for these murders is to acquire an item from each victim, taking them as trophies. To the old man, his murderous acts and the ensuing chaos seem more akin to children's games rather than serious transgressions, and he frequently behaves in an immature manner.
