Chisami is Shougo's adorable, angelic yet devilish younger sister. One day, Kiri nonchalantly "rescues" her when her hair gets tangled in a bush. Due to this incident, Chisami starts to believe that Kiri is her Prince Charming, mistakenly thinking Kiri was a boy at first. Even after discovering that Kiri is actually a girl, she continues to admire and address her as Prince-sama. She frequently competes with Iori over Kiri; Iori sees Kiri as his 'darling and friend,' while Chisami views her as her 'Prince Charming.'
In the end, Chisami becomes engaged to Iori, though they still argue often.
Chisami has an intense passion for fashion and possesses a talent for sewing and clothing care. She is always seen in stylish outfits, although her tastes are often considered too extravagant by the other main characters. Similar to her older brother, her cute and polished appearance attracts considerable attention, much to the annoyance of the other girls in her grade. Occasionally, she becomes a target for bullying when boys pay her too much attention. However, just like the rest of the Narumi family, her overflowing self-confidence shields her from being truly affected by the words and actions of her classmates. If their jealousy becomes too much, Chisami might tease them by challenging them to make themselves cuter than her.
