Chiharu Harukaze is a member of the student council. Secretly, she assumes the alias "Haruko" and serves as Sakuya's maid. Although most at Hakuo remain oblivious to this fact, Aika Kasumi soon uncovers all her secrets.
In the third season, Chiharu no longer works as Sakuya's maid. Instead, she now holds a position as a sales clerk in a video store. She resides in Nagi's boarding house, living there as one of the tenants.
