Binkan is the main character of the TV-show "Binkan The Sensitive Salaryman," which is part of Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan. As the title suggests, Binkan is arguably the most sensitive salesman, if not the most sensitive person ever. Even the lightest touch or pressure on his body results in an overwhelming sensation of pleasure, leaving him immobilized, twitching, and moaning desperately. In the anime, the Binkan series becomes incredibly popular, leading to the creation of Binkan-branded food products and even a movie in season 2. These foods have the peculiar side effect of making anyone who eats them as sensitive as Binkan for a short period. Dokuro forces Sakura to eat Binkan-labeled sausages by surprise on multiple occasions throughout the anime.
