Big the Budo is a character in Yudetamago's manga and anime series Kinnikuman.

At first, Big the Budo appears to be subservient to Neptuneman until it's revealed that he actually holds the power. He is quite arrogant and looks down upon other Chojin. He is somewhat hypocritical when it comes to the rules of Perfect Chojin.

Neptune King was once Psychoman's student but grew too proud. Displeased by this, Psychoman expelled him from the Perfect Large Numbers. Undeterred, Neptune King created his own version of Perfect Chojin. Disguised as Big the Budo, he plotted to steal masks with Neptuneman. However, Neptuneman betrayed him during the finals, leading to their defeat.
