Alicia Lohmeyer is an aide and adviser appointed by Britannia to oversee Nunnally after her designation as the new Viceroy of Area 11. As a quintessential Britannian, Alicia views Nunnally's pro-Eleven political stance with icy opposition but remains obedient. When Zero orchestrates the exile of one million Japanese in another attempt to establish the Special Administrative Zone of Japan, Alicia nearly triggers a second massacre by firing on the crowd. Suzaku disarms her to prevent a repeat of such violence. She grows more resentful as Nunnally starts to take a more active role in government affairs and even orders Kallen's execution (an event thwarted by Sayoko) while Nunnally is being evacuated during the second battle of Tokyo. However, Alicia dies when the decoy ship she boards is destroyed in the F.L.E.I.J.A. bomb blast, killing her and others aboard. Her name and character design are direct references to Miss Rottenmeier from Nippon Animation's popular anime series "Heidi, Girl of the Alps." (Source: Code Geass Wikia)
