After slaughtering almost all the rebels he receives a report of a survivor, saved by a priest. Then he sends the Uten and Saten to kill both the priest and the boy. Both he and Adam Blade are known to be clones of The Second - the original needless known to have the powers of all the needless.
In the manga, it is revealed that he is a clone of the real Adam Arclight, who was disguised as Saten.
