I hope those villagers will be alright with Shusasku gone, so many feels about his passing but Musashi has to move on.

Those few pages of Shusaku speaking to Iori and then seeing Iori's Dad and realizing he'd passed on really hit me hard.

It was beautifully done and a great end to an arc that could come off as boring to some but to me, it had a lot of meaning about survival and companionship.

And so the Farming Arc comes to an end! What a beauty that was and perhaps it might be the best Arc in Vagabond!

Musashis growth together with the growth of the villageres was amazing!

The way this chapter was handled was a pure masterclass by Inoue-Sensei!

Shusakus passing is tragic but the kind of beauty Inoue turned it into was just a masterclass by this mangaka! Them looking over Shusakus body followed by the dragonflys flying over the rice fields, thats art.

The time has come for Musashi to leave and head to Kokura for his final part of his journey!

Volume 37 overall was top 3 out of all Vagabond Volumes, hell might even be the best. I really can't believe the beauty that I have witnessed in these 20 chapters of farming, good damn!

I truly am stunlocked by how good Vagabond is, like damn how do you top that?

Thus I have arrieved at the "last 5 chapters", Kokura I am coming! I hope that this Musashi will return to the village one day, he has finally earned himself a place!

Finally to Kakura, can't wait to the long waited duel.

Anyway, it was a nice arc after all, I don't complain.

Phylosophical talk and a lot of character development, couldn't ask for more.
