Blade of the Immortal Chapter 4 Discussion

i wonder how he got himself out of that swamp. did i miss something or what?

                        That fight was awesome. They both have a lot of skill.

I'm enjoying the little relationship bonding moments between our two protagonists a lot more than I had anticipated.



I didn't expect to already care so much about them at this point in the story.



I find this all the more interesting since that last bit was especially touching yet stereotypical.



I assume I would have enjoyed this manga even more if I was a lot younger but then again, maybe it's my experience with the medium that makes me appreciate these little things so much more.

The ending to the chapter was pretty cute. Just hope it stays familial relationship and nothing more, or it's gonna get weird...
