                        We’re introduced to Nami Hitou, who’s decided to go school for once instead of not attending. She doesn’t want to be thought of as normal, but compared to everyone else in the class she’s actually pretty normal, as she’s unable to stay late at school like Komori, who hasn’t left the school since her introductory chapter.

Nami Hitou basically exists as a straight man to bounce the weirdos off of.  Of course being normal in this strange class might make her the weirdest of all.
