The American USSR alliance is keeping vigilant eyes on Tetsuo and Akira now (an 8.5 earthquake is just bonkers!). Meanwhile Kaneda and Kai nab some bikes from Joker on their way to find Kei, who just got found out by the Great Tokyo Empire. I'm gonna be glad when Kaneda enters the fight again, the story was so much more rowdy and fun when he was in it.
