Oh damn, so the Colonel was wielding the satellite laser the entire time and just unleashed the Hammer of Dawn just a few few away from himself. For sure, he must've hurt Kiyoko very badly with that attack. However not nearly as badly as Tetsuo is gonna be destroying the city all over again. It looks like he couldn't handle the withdrawals, so the Colonel really chose a bad time to trigger his PTSD from losing his arm. Come to think of it, it's strange that Akira healed all of those sycophants but never gave Tetsuo his real arm back.
Almost to the end of volume 4. This is gonna be another big disaster chapter, isn't it?
