The Great Tokyo Empire is defeated after Kei corners their Captain and forces them to surrender. However, reluctantly under the orders of Miyako, they allow them to go free with their Captain still alive. I can't see that going all that well for Miyako in the future though.
The chapter ends with Kei meeting Kai, a past member of Kaneda's entourage. They have a nice conversation reminiscing over the past. It's kinda morbid how the squalor they were living in back then could be seen as the golden ages compared to what they're living through now.
