So on one hand the Colonel is actually doing the most to save Chiyoko from death. But on the other hand, he went immediately back on his bs by throwing Kiyoko into yet another lab setting just like before. I really can't tell with the Colonel whether he's someone to be trusted or not. Plus, that scene where there were maggots crawling around Chiyoko's wounds made my skin crawl, yuck!



Doesn't look like Tetsuo is doing too well without the drugs. He's already lost control of his own empire thanks to the withdrawals.
