Oh ... It would seem that the Blue King now has more interest in allying with the Black King than with Tatara ... although he could just be pretending to do so to ruin them from the inside like what happened to Tatara's group, the Red King and the Blue King ... Or he could just be wanting to save his own hid, and tired of trying to keep Tatara alive ... Who knows.
