InuYasha Chapter 76 Discussion

She is certainly jealous. Dragging to hell part..hmmm. As much as I understand why Kikyo does that, I disagree even if Inuyasha supports it. He still has to fight Naraku and Inuyasha has to keep living since he is alive. If only Inuyasha could split a part of his soul to be with Kikyo. Not sure how that would work out.

This chapter was one of the deepest so far. Although it's all part of the evil Kikyou's plan, it's evident that some words she says are sincere. And InuYasha's feelings for her were the most genuine. The two had a history before Kagome, a story that has yet to be resolved. Kagome acts exactly as expected from someone overwhelmed by jealousy; at times, she loses reason and starts speaking from the heart. Very well done!
