Hayate The Combat Butler Chapter 123 Discussion

I really loved this chapter; was both touching and funny. Seeing Izumi and Nagi's memory it would seem logical to think about the ghost summon, but for Nagi to be scared enough to forget the whole event might mean that the summoning failed or something.

Now the Mikado scene was interesting: While he was looking at her dauther's portrait, he was holding the same kind of pendant he gave to Hayate, who looks like Yukariko. Is he trying to revive her dauther using Hayate somehow?

Great chapter! So much about Nagi's mother and all, and lol at the spontaneous picnice party (I'm guessing everyone there was called by Nagi's mom, thinking back on the fact that everyone there doesn't even know who called them there). Lol at Sakuya pointing out Isumi's facial expression and seeing Isumi's reaction. Wow, looking back at Nagi's drawing of the alien, looks a LOT like Maya (does this mean that Yukariko's star does exist in the manga!?). I wonder what the beginning was about (Nagi and Isumi), thinking back, I would probably think back then Isumi actually tried to show Nagi her mother using her powers? Then again I'm not 100% sure. Also at the end when Nagi tells Hayate that saying such things would make Nagi's mom not stop at just aliens (Is this hinting something to come up?). And it seems that Mikado is still trying to bring back Yukariko from the dead using money. Great chapter overall from me lol.
