Well the art definitely jumped in quality in the couple of panels before and during Shiki cutting off Tatari's arm but I wouldn't say it resembled Tsukihime. It still felt less... compared to its prequel.

Of course all of that is still pointless, as it returned to its crude art format as soon as it could.
