Your....? The armor is your..... If the little girl is Sou's sister then it would kind of make sense for Sou to be the armor the way they interacted that one time. Though maybe the armor is Shinbashi? But then he likes Kureha... And the hands are interested in Mashiro so could they possibly be Sou? I don't really think the hands are the sister since they were so easily manipulated by the giraffe in chapter 10. Speaking of which, I wonder what he saw after going through the door. He seemed scared.
