This is a breath of fresh air compared to tr*sh cookie cutter OP MC novels. The world building, character progression and plot are truly laudable, and I didn't expect such a high quality of writing from a chinese web novel. The MC grows through hardships and setbacks and he isn't an all knowing Gary Stu. The side characters seem very real and not like one dimensional caricatures. Overall, a very very strong start and immense potential. Will recommend.
