Actual rating is about 4.5, but I’ll leave it at 4 since it seems more accurate.

The story is very enjoyable and a quick read, but it falls a bit flat as Spoiler

it fails at establishing a proper “return” to the relationship status after the imprisonment of ZHY by YF. There’s basically no consequences or repercussions towards YF’s repeatedly going against ZHY’s express wishes, and even though his “rebellion” is good to establish character, and specially character growth, it doesn’t stand to reason that ZHY would just gladly take it without even some kind of conversation about how much it hurts him. And YF did hurt ZHY a lot.

The plot feels less satisfying because of this, but overall it’s a good work, and the early relationship is a very cute development.

ruthless ZHY is very nice to read, and his scheming, although unexplored and basically forgotten in the later half, is satisfying to read.
