The pacing in this story is pretty terrible. The MC comes to a new world and within half a page, it's years later, and there are all of these other characters we're supposed to care about. There are a bunch of events that happened that are never explained, and we're just thrown into the story without any preamble.Spoiler
The part that got me the most was in Chapter 11, the MC is asked to investigate his superior for embezzlement. Proceeding at a breakneck pace, in Chapter 12, they decide to break into his superior's office and confront him. And then in Chapter 13, the plot takes a sharp right turn as he falls in love with and f*cks a girl we were introduced to hardly a moment before.
