It's a flat 2 out of 5.

The story started out just find and established what was needed concisely with no mistakes.

But the story sucks. The basics of the story is uninspiring and the parts that stand out are even lesser.

For my main gripe with the story, there's a twist that the story was building up to that is so bad, that it is almost insulting in two different ways.

One, in the way that it is just plain bad. It is unrealistic and paints these people as caricatures.

And two, it is plainly obvious that it was going that way. How they were "building" the story in that direction was infuriating.

This plus a multitude of plot holes/convenient writing leaves a bad taste in my mouth
