Hmm. I kind of regret giving this 5 stars. 3 or 4 is more proper. The world building is actually surprisingly good. Much of what is introduced has a use later down the line. If a character is introduced, they will have some significance later.The plot is also pretty alright, I won’t mention any points as that’s spoilers and I don’t know how to spoiler tag stuff here. But there’s a lot of info to take in and a lot of mysteries to unravel. Plot is decent.The world builds itself around Japan, with much of the characters holding mythological or historical significance from Japan. Goddesses, like Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, oni like Shuten Doji and Tamamo no Mae, even court officials like Suguwara no Michizane. Which I find rather interesting because I don’t know any of them. So this effectively teaches me some of Japanese mythology, and I love mythology.I got to say though, the author can calm down on the mentions of their breasts and ass, the bondage, the spanking, I don’t know where people find it fun to write about girls peeing, there’s a lot of weird sh*t written that you just have to kind of ignore.
