The Villainess Forced the Heroine to Wed Me at the Start Chapter 122 Discussion

An interesting concept absolutely butchered by crushing repetition which slows all real progress to a crawl. Not only is each chapter fifty percent filler, with the same things being rephrased over and over to pad chapter length, but the events in the story are also repeated over and over across chapters. In other words, don't expect the romance to make any progress.

The women of the Mu family that have been flirting with main character do the same things over and without any actual relationship progress happening. It really is just an endless parade of c*ckblocking with the MC completely passive and running away. As of chapter 122, the MC has only just hooked up with his wife who he married dozens of chapters in the past.

Worse, the interesting starting premise is immediately shelved. I came into this expecting the MC's boss to be a cunning, scheming villainess. Instead, she just follows the MC around, and since she's a loli, all her so-called schemes are childish as well.

The system is a joke as well, so don't expect the MC to get steadily stronger.

There's no rhyme or reason to when the MC gets points from the system, and after the first gacha pull, there has yet to be another pull... and I somehow endured to chapter 122.

Having written off both the romance and the system, you'd at least expect there to be good fight scenes, but that's an even worse bust.

The only fight I can remember is in the underground casino. It ends quickly, and the MC has yet to do anything else with the strength he got from the system's initial opening.

This one is very hard to recommend. Try I am a Gao Fushuai Villain, I Started as the Rich Second-Generation Villain, or almost anything else instead.
