As of chapter 27, I have seen no indicator of revenge or satisfying regret and instead seen indication of him giving it up. The constant teetering between his madness kept me hooked but led to nothing

Its honestly feels like a grind to read.

Chapter 27 with zero post-reincarnation MC and heroine interaction and barely any heroine POV which is the main reason to read this for me because of the title and desc

The character feels inconsistent.

One second hes suicidal without his maid, the next hes trying to survive for some reason.

Pacing is off and feels like there is nothing happening.

One second hes reincarnated thinking about killing himself, the same chapter he is sold as a s*ave basically then culted then evil dwells within him then bullied and assassin then sold again to princess and its already 25 chapters.

Now for some speculations and feelings.

It feels like a forgive and fall in love scenario though I would hate that since they literally killed him. I dont know how that would go other than revenge or completely cutting off the relationship. Sitting here for 27 chapters with a smoldering hate for the heroines to never see anything happen and give up should say enough.
