11/10 amazing.I have been a DM many times in the past running various systems. The MC really touches me personally and I look forward to this.Also, 17 chapters in, MC is still not at the academy as mentioned in the description, though the existence of the Academy has been mentioned. We just completed the first real TRPG session in the story and it was amazing. Now into the fallout from that and building to the next session. Edit: Update as of Ch 37.f*ck yeah Arc 2 just ended. Holy sh*t the feels and the emotions. Also the subtle build up of background stuff outside of the main TRPG drama!Maybe not for those who dislike unreliable narrators as I am getting a distinct feel for that now for the MC. If you are reading this review and have unread chapters for this story get back to reading the story dumbass my words aren't worth it.Oh MC is still not at the academy, but we have progress (maybe?).Edit 2, as of Ch 90:We have just finished the 3rd arc and are still in the aftermath of it. It remains as good in the beginning. The Author is amazing, and the translation is excellent. The story of the main character seems like it is something of a meta-narrative that will be interwoven and alongside the various TRPG stories. Judging from the number of chapters between my last update and now it seems like the arcs may be trending to getting longer? Honestly I am glad we are in the aftermath as the last TRPG arc felt like it had almost gone on too long. I hope the next arc is a bit happier and I am curious to see whom will be the TRPG protags. Harem tag, not sure if that will apply to the GM of the story. It's possible but not enough is known. It does seem to apply to the male lead of the most recent TRPG protags.
