The translation is really good for this (I read the Shanghai Fantasy version). The story itself though? It has that "alphas-rule-the-world-and-omegas-are-just-property" vibe that is common to the majority of ABO novels (unfortunately). The main character is also very calculating/manipulative (at least that's the vibe I get). Between those 2 things I find this story very off putting. Basically after 4 chapters there is not a single person in this story that is likeable so far - they are all scheming and greedy and looking to treat each other like property wherever they can.I won't rate this since the translation really is quite good and I am fully aware that my distaste for treating people like property is a personal preference. If that isn't off putting to you in a story, then you might very well enjoy this one. Me? I'm moving on to see if I can find something fluffier where both sides of the equation treat each other like equals.
