For as much praise as others have given it... it's kind of just okay-ish. It's not as bad as being a complete mess, but if you go in expecting some amazing and heartfelt story, you'll end up starkly disappointed. The characters feel flat most of the time, with only moments of being okay. The world itself feels empty and gray, which is perhaps fitting in one sense, but truthfully just feels neglected.If I went in with lower expectations maybe I would've liked it more, but it's just not that interesting. Give it a try, see if you can connect with the characters, and keep expectations lower than the 5 star reviews would suggest. Maybe you'll come out with a higher opinion than I did.
