From context, the title should probably be something like "lives forthrightly" instead of "doesn't hold back." From the sound of it, the dude BARELY ab*sed his powers in the first run before getting cold feet, but still hasn't forgiven himself for it even though he told his wives and they were fine with it. It's not such a big personal struggle that it belongs in the title, though... His primary regression regret was indulging in peace and not being strong enough when he needed to be.A small spoiler in regard to him being a very dense MC: it becomes obvious pretty fast that he's not just dense but not in his right mind, which is a somewhat interesting take on the hypnosis theme. Whether it's a deal-breaker for you depends on whether you're the type that hates that it doesn't make sense or the type that just hates the resulting content.It overdoes the gags for my taste, but that's subjective.
