From the summary it looks like a crossover anime fanfic (Naruto, Bleach etc.) 

So I just found this : Peerless Emperor Sovereign and the description and tags don't really help much  but it's got 20 votes so someone must have atleat checked it out so I am asking what's it about and is it worth the time
