I figured with the high ratings on NU and that the WN was picked up for LN publication, it wouldn't be too bad. I was wrong.Spoiler
The MC is short and fat. His parents and siblings hate him. The MC's grandfather left him a house in his will, which is good because his family essentially kicks him out of the family home. The MC finds a door to another world in his grandfather's house. Upon entering the other world, the MC is granted a dozen cheat skills and abilities. The MC coincidentally kills a powerful monster and massively levels up. He performs mundane tasks or thinks about something and get skills that anyone else would take a lifetime to attain. He falls asleep at night, and by morning he's transformed from a fatty into an adonis. All of this happens in the first 12 hours or so after the MC enters the other world.
