2 star from me. 1 for the art (nice character designs, and it got anime too!), 1 star for the somewhat slice of life style... the story is mediocre with whole world revolving around MC, every girl wants his D and only thing that is interesting is the second world. MC has confidence issues even with that face/body/power. Characters are poorly written, MC a goody two shoes with no ambition/aspirations as he was given everything in life first 5 chapters lol..
